Privacy
GGalerie keeps only what it needs to run your collection. Nothing is sold, nothing is used for advertising.
Controller
Camille Quelennec publishes GGalerie. For any question: contact@ggalerie.com.
What we keep
- Your email address, to send you sign-in links and, if you turn them on, price alerts.
- Your language (French or English), to write to you in the language of the site.
- Your collection: games, condition, price paid, notes, and the files you import.
- Your price alerts and the history of emails sent.
- Your interest in an upcoming feature, if you click “I’m interested”: we keep this choice to email you, once, when the feature opens.
- Your sessions: the date of your last visit and the type of browser, to recognise an open session.
No password: there is none to store.
Why
To provide the service you ask for when you create your account (performance of a contract), and to protect it against abuse: limiting the number of link requests, diagnosing outages (legitimate interest).
How long
- Sign-in link: 15 minutes, usable only once, deleted within 24 hours of expiring.
- Session: 30 days, or until you sign out.
- IP address: kept in memory for 15 minutes to limit link requests, and in server logs for 90 days at most.
- “I’m interested”: until the email announcing that the feature is open, then deleted.
- Account and collection: for as long as your account exists. Write to us to delete it and everything is erased.
Cookies
One cookie keeps your session open. A second one remembers the site’s language, only if you change it. Both are essential to the service you ask for, so there is no consent banner. No advertising trackers.
To learn which pages are useful and which cause trouble, GGalerie counts visits with Umami, a cookie-free analytics tool: it keeps neither your IP address nor anything that could recognise you from one day to the next, and the figures stay anonymous and aggregated.
Who else processes your data
- Hetzner (Germany) hosts the server.
- Neon hosts the database, on servers located in Frankfurt (Germany).
- Resend (United States) sends the emails: it receives your address and the content of the message.
- Umami measures audience, on servers located in the European Union: it receives the page visited, the site you came from, your device and browser type, and your country.
- Stripe (Ireland) takes Premium subscription payments: it receives your email address and payment details. GGalerie never sees your card, only the state of your subscription.
Transfers outside the European Union are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or erase your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@ggalerie.com. We reply within one month at most. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
